    • Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 00:00
      Saturday – Sunday: 14:00 – 00:00
    • Kitchen Hours: Last order at 21:30, kitchen closes at 22:00 
    • Drinks served until 22:45

Year-round Availability:
ISSEI is open throughout the year. With both an indoor, air-conditioned space and an outdoor terrace, weather conditions may affect your visit.

How to Get to ISSEI

Location:
ISSEI is located on the rooftop of the Radisson Collection Hotel Basilica Budapest.

Directions:

    • Access the rooftop via the hotel lobby.
    • Take the elevator to the 6th floor, turn right, and you’ll find the welcome station.
Reservations

Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, but if you’re arriving without one, tables may be available depending on availability.

How to book a table:
You can make reservations via our website or by calling: +36 70 518 9739

What happens if I’m late?
If you are delayed, please call us. We will hold your table for 15 minutes.
After that, we reserve the right to release it or add your name to the waiting list.

Dress Code

No formal dress code

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only permitted in the Terrace area. Only e-cigarettes are allowed.

Family & Kids

Are kids allowed?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. However, alcohol is not served to anyone under 18 years old.

Kids’ Menu:
A special menu for kids is available. Please ask our team for more details.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for registered guide or support dogs.

Weather-Dependent Access

Can I visit ISSEI in bad weather?
Since the rooftop is not fully covered, weather conditions may affect your visit. We have limited indoor seating, so we reserve the right to change or cancel your reservation due to bad weather.

Group Reservations

Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, we accept reservations for groups of 6 or more. For inquiries, please contact us directly.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, and the SZÉP card.

Can we split the bill?
Yes, we can split the bill into two parts per booking/table. If you wish to split the bill further, please let us know in advance.

Service Charge:
A 15% service charge is added to the final bill.

Can I book ISSEI exclusively for an event?
